SUMMERHILL PLACE AMENITIES

Relax and enjoy all that Summer Hill has to offer.

  • PRIVATE PARKING

    Each unit has a pre-assigned parking spot in front of their building. Other spaces are available farther down inside the property but not in front of buildings. Please be kind and park only in your spot or use an non-numbered spot.

  • SAFE & QUIET

    We strive to make Summer Hill safe and quiet at all times. We have many with pets and we ask that you ensure that the noise level from pets is kept low and that you walk only on a leash and pick up afterward. We have a 10:00 sound limit where we ask for quiet after 10:00 pm.

  • GREAT LOCATION

    Who could ask for a better location. Nestled in the woods yet walking distance of most amenities.

  • ON-SITE GARBAGE COLLECTION

    An enclosed dumpster building is on site for residents to be able to dispose of their trash daily and we have bi-weekly pick up from our local utility company. For building materials, furniture, and other non-trash items, we allow them to be placed behind the dumpster building and we have weekly dial-a-truck pick up.

Fairfield Bay offers many amenities from garbage pickup, dial – a – truck, gardens where you can grow your own veggies, recycle center, compost, dog parks, police, fire, ambulance, and air survival services to a full service marina, tennis center, recreation center with mini golf, trips, kick golf, disc golf, 2 championship golf courses, hiking, biking, and ATV/UTV trails and don’t forget shopping and restaurants.
